Damaged materials will receive a full exchange or refund within 30 days.
Any My Gym Floor product may be returned unused and in its original packaging for any reason for up to 30 days from the date of shipping for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all freight charges incurred for returns. Complete our feedback form at right to initiate your return, or call us toll free at 888-My-Gym-88 (888-694-9688) and we'll provide you with instructions for your return. Limitations: Minimum order quantity for return: $100.00 (excluding freight).
